"Jacob was an excellent agent who helped us purchase an amazing home. The home was priced a bit above our comfort zone, but Jacob was able to negotiate the selling price significantly to make our dream home attainable. He was also very diligent in helping us get our inspection and repair estimates through his recommendations that performed above our expectations. Above all, he was professional, friendly, and stayed on top of communication throughout the whole process. I used Jacob’s expertise in selling my home in tandem to purchasing another home. The selling process was very organized and was much easier to handle than when I sold a previous house on my own. He setup professional photography of my house, provided me with phone/text communication on showings that I could accept or decline, and kept me in the loop on the interested parties. There were some parties that lacked good communication and following through with commitments, but Jacob handled them professionally and was able to work with my requests and get them accepted by the other parties. In the end, we landed on a full price offer that was accepted! Highly recommend!"
